Najaf:Najaf Al-Ashraf International Airport received its first flight from the Iranian airline “Mehr,” arriving from the city of Mashhad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrival of the Mehr airline aircraft marks a new addition to the list of Iranian carriers operating at the airport—a list that now exceeds 20 airlines—thereby strengthening air traffic between Najaf and various Iranian cities.
