Diyala: A man committed suicide by setting himself on fire inside his home northwest of Baqubah, the capital of Diyala Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source informed that the man ended his life by setting himself on fire inside his residence near the Al-Sada intersection northwest of Baqubah.

The source added that the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. A specialized investigation committee has been established to determine the true causes behind the incident.
