A security source: Peshmerga officers arrive at the Kasak base northwest of Mosul

Mosul The Nineveh Operations Command announced the arrival of a number of Peshmerga officers to the Kasak base northwest of Mosul.

A source in the Nineveh police told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “a group of Peshmerga personnel and officers arrived and stationed at the Kasak base near the Kasak camp, where the Iraqi army forces are stationed, and therefore to consider forming a joint operations room that would exchange intelligence information, especially in areas experiencing a security vacuum.”
