A boy was killed by a stray gunshot, south of Hilla, the center of Babylon Governorate.

A source in Babylon Police said: “A thirteen-year-old boy was shot in the head at a wedding party in the Tajieh area, which led to his death on the spot.”

He added, “The police transferred the body to the forensic medicine department, and an investigation was opened into the incident.”
