Baghdad: Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ali al-Zaidi, has issued a directive to the Ministry of Health to oversee medical recruitment efforts aimed at addressing the needs of wounded members of the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMFs).
According to Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Health announced that Prime Minister al-Zaidi has mandated the monitoring of treatment cases and the evaluation of medical evacuation or transfer requirements for injured personnel from all security force branches, including the PMFs, until they achieve complete recovery. This initiative is in recognition of their sacrifices and heroic efforts in defending Iraq.
The Ministry further reiterated its ongoing dedication to delivering diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation services to the armed forces and PMFs. It emphasized the involvement of all its institutions and personnel in fulfilling this national duty.
