Sanaa: Abdulmalik al-Houthi called for what he described as the “right choice,” namely “jihad for the sake of God against the Israeli and American enemy,” in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the collapse of the ceasefire agreement.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Houthi considered that Israel had violated the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, stressing that the enemy had not adhered to the terms of the first phase of the agreement and had shown no intention of implementing the second phase. He said, “The Israeli enemy, with open American support, has aggressively moved toward genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.”
Al-Houthi pointed out that the Ansar Allah Movement had taken the initiative from the first moment to provide support to the Palestinian people, explaining that the renewed aggression had exacerbated the tragedy in Gaza, revealing “documented Zionist-American crimes” against civilians. He described the scenes as “revealing the extent of injustice and criminality.”
Al-Houthi criticized the Benjamin Netanyahu government’s handling of the prisoner issue, saying that “the criminal Netanyahu does not attach importance to the return of Israeli prisoners,” and that the ignored agreement would have been sufficient to return them without the need to “commit massacres against civilians and destroy the Strip.”
Al-Houthi accused Israel of seeking to permanently displace Palestinians from Gaza, warning that this would be a prelude to the deportation of residents from the West Bank as well. He pointed to systematic Israeli steps “beginning in Jenin and Tulkarm and now in Balata.”
Al-Houthi described the decision to close UNRWA schools in Al-Quds as “a hostile step aimed at depriving Palestinians of their right to education.” He considered that all indications and evidence confirm that Israel “does not believe in peace or a political settlement,” but rather is systematically seeking to completely eliminate the Palestinian cause, including the right of return.
He criticized American support for Israel, saying that Washington “openly embraces the displacement project,” citing statements by President Donald Trump. Al-Houthi praised the mujahideen in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that they “carry out their responsibility under extremely harsh conditions.” He believed that “the jihadist option is the only way to preserve Palestinian rights and confront conspiracies.”
Al-Houthi called on the Islamic nation to stand with Gaza, noting that “surrender serves no one, neither the Palestinians nor the neighboring Arab peoples,” adding that “the time calls for real support, not just media positions.”
Al-Houthi addressed the regional arena, saying that Israel is reneging on agreements with Lebanon and continues to carry out raids and assassinations against Hamas and Hezbollah fighters. He also continues to commit “crimes in Syria as part of its aggressive plan,” noting that “any concessions will not stop the Israeli aggression because it is driven by clear ambitions.”
