Taiz: Yemeni government aircraft, under the internationally recognized government, launched airstrikes on Houthi-controlled areas along the western coast of the Red Sea and near the Bab al-Mandab Strait. The government information center in Taiz province reported these strikes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the center stated in a statement on the “X” platform that “warplanes carried out airstrikes on dozens of trucks transporting weapons, ammunition, missiles, and military equipment on 60th Street north of Taiz. This convoy was traveling from Mocha to Sana’a.”

Earlier, Khuzam al-Assad, a member of the political bureau of the Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement, which governs northern Yemen, announced that Houthi military forces had seized control of all cities near the Bab al-Mandab Strait and the western coast of the Red Sea, particularly the port of Mocha on the Red Sea in southwestern Yemen.
