Al-Araji and Al-Kadhimi Emphasize Need to Protect Iraq from Regional Conflicts


Baghdad: The security advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim al-Araji, along with former Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, have underscored the critical importance of protecting Iraq from the adverse effects of ongoing regional conflicts and tensions.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the advisor’s office released a statement highlighting the discussions between al-Araji and al-Kadhimi. The meeting focused on the latest political and security developments within Iraq and the broader region, addressing the challenges arising from current events. Both leaders exchanged perspectives on various national issues.



They collectively emphasized the necessity of supporting state institutions and enhancing their stability. The leaders also reiterated their commitment to preserving Iraq’s security, stability, and sovereignty.
