Baghdad: The Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim al-Araji, alongside Member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Rakan al-Sheikh Sabah Ghazi al-Hanash, has stressed the crucial need for integrated efforts between Iraq’s executive and legislative branches to fortify the rule of law.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Security Advisor’s Media Office reported that during a recent meeting, al-Araji and al-Hanash discussed several issues of mutual interest. Key topics included strategies to enhance integrity and transparency within state institutions and the necessity of cohesive efforts between the government branches to bolster the rule of law and promote institution building.

The discussions also covered the latest security developments, emphasizing the importance of backing the government program and national initiatives aimed at stabilizing the country, fighting corruption, and improving service delivery to citizens.
