He articulated that the policy of restricting weapons to the state is designed to establish a regulatory framework that not only protects fighters and their families but also ensures their legal and social rights under the law and the General Command of the Armed Forces.
Al-Araji stressed the importance of crafting media messages with precision to promote a sense of reassurance and national unity, rather than using threatening language. He highlighted that the security of citizens and the stability of fighters and their families are paramount concerns for the government.
