Baghdad:The Speaker of the Parliament, Haibet Alhalbousi, met with the British Ambassador to Iraq, Irfan Siddiq, to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the meeting also addressed regional and international developments. During the talks, Alhalbousi emphasized Iraq’s firm stance on prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy. He advocated for peaceful solutions to reduce tensions and enhance security and stability in the region.
