Baghdad: The Speaker of Parliament, Haibat al-Halbousi, has instructed that the Minister of Electricity be summoned to address the worsening state of the electricity supply. This directive was issued on Sunday, highlighting growing concerns regarding the electricity situation in the country.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Parliament’s Media Office released a statement confirming the Speaker’s directive. The statement emphasized the urgent need for discussions and solutions to tackle the deteriorating electricity supply, which has become a critical issue for many citizens.
