Baghdad: The head of the Taqaddm Party, Mohammed al-Halbousi, engaged in discussions with the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, focusing on the current political climate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting emphasized the significance of cooperation and integration among the authorities to enhance their roles. It highlighted the critical need for enacting vital laws and activating both the oversight and legislative functions of the Council of Representatives. Furthermore, the discussions underscored the necessity for political forces to coordinate effectively to implement the political agreement paper. The meeting also stressed the importance of legislating the crucial laws outlined in the agreement and closely monitoring the execution of the ministerial program.
