Barcelona: The future of Barcelona star Marc Casado remains uncertain, amid growing links between the player and a move to Saudi club Al-Hilal. Al-Hilal is preparing to make another move to finalize the Casado deal before the summer transfer window closes.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the newspaper “Sport,” citing the Saudi newspaper “Al-Youm,” reported that Al-Hilal has decided to intensify its efforts after it became clear that Casado has not yet made a final decision regarding his next destination. The newspaper stated: “Al-Hilal is preparing to submit a new offer to sign Marc Casado, after confirming that the player has not yet made a final decision about his future.”

Al-Hilal has made several previous attempts to sign the player, with offers approaching pound 30 million, but this time it is preparing to submit a larger offer in order to convince the player and Barcelona to complete the deal. Al-Hilal is not the only Saudi club interested in Casado, as Al-Ahli Jeddah has also expressed interest in the young player and is still monitoring his situation.

Barcelona are holding firm to their stance, refusing to sell Marc Casado for less than pound 40 million. While awaiting a decision on his future, Casado’s situation has become increasingly precarious, as he has been excluded from the first-team plans, along with several other players whose futures remain uncertain.
