Al-Mandalawi Urges Action Against Israel’s Ceasefire Violations in Lebanon.

Baghdad: The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, has issued a call for action against what he describes as the Zionist entity’s violations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon. On Tuesday, Al-Mandalawi implored countries that sponsor and monitor the ceasefire to exert pressure on Israel to halt its repeated infractions and provocations, warning that failure to do so could have severe consequences.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Mandalawi expressed deep concerns about Israel’s non-compliance with its obligations, which he believes threatens to undermine diplomatic efforts aimed at calming regional tensions. He accused Israel of having premeditated criminal intentions towards Lebanon and lacking any serious intent to end its aggression.

Further emphasizing the gravity of the situation, Al-Mandalawi stated that countries in the region must now more than ever take control to confront the significant threat to their security and stability. He highlighted ongoi
ng crimes against the Palestinian people, continued aggression against Lebanon, and the activation of terrorist groups in Syria as critical issues. Al-Mandalawi urged regional cooperation to restore security and stability and safeguard shared national security interests.
