Karbala: Lieutenant General Qais al-Muhammadawi, Deputy Commander of Joint Operations and Head of the Supreme Committee for Million-Person Pilgrimages, has arrived in the holy city of Karbala. He is leading a high-level delegation to participate in a conference with governors and leaders from the Middle Euphrates and Baghdad provinces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the conference will focus on discussing security and service-related matters concerning the Arba’een pilgrimage to the shrine of Imam Hussein. It will address the necessary preparations and procedures for efficiently receiving the pilgrims.
