Gaza City: Al-Quds Brigades, the military arm of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced on Sunday evening their responsibility for bombing several Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) mechanisms in the Al-Tafah neighborhood, located east of Gaza City.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Al-Quds Brigades released a statement declaring that they executed two separate operations involving the planting and detonation of explosive devices and bombs. These devices were reportedly recycled from remnants left by the IDF and were used to target the Zionist enemy’s equipment in Al-Tafah.

In a related development, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, disclosed details of an ambush they carried out in the Al-Genaina neighborhood, east of Rafah, targeting the Israeli army in the southern Gaza Strip.
