Baghdad: The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, made a phone call to Dr. Iyad Allawi, offering his condolences on the death of his son, praying that God Almighty inspires him with patience and solace and has mercy on the deceased with His vast mercy.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the call was a gesture from Muqtada al-Sadr to extend sympathy and support to Iyad Allawi during this time of grief. Al-Sadr expressed his heartfelt condolences and hoped for divine mercy upon Allawi’s late son.
