Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has officially appointed Othman Al-Juhaishi as the new Deputy Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers. This appointment was announced following the decision to replace the outgoing Deputy Secretary-General, Jassem Al-Halbousi.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, The decision by Prime Minister Al-Sudani marks a significant administrative change within the Council of Ministers. Othman Al-Juhaishi will assume his new role, taking over the responsibilities previously held by Jassem Al-Halbousi. This reshuffle is part of the Prime Minister’s ongoing efforts to restructure and optimize the functioning of the Council of Ministers.
