Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized that the Sinjar and Nineveh Plains have the potential to transform into industrial cities. His remarks came during a teleconference marking the launch of 14 projects in these areas.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Sudani stated that Sinjar and the Nineveh Plains possess an environment rich in natural resources. The Prime Minister reaffirmed the government's commitment to implementing projects aimed at facilitating the return of displaced individuals to these regions.
