Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi expressed his condolences to the entire Muslim Ummah on the anniversary of the passing of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. This solemn occasion marks the ascension of the noble Prophet to the eternal abode of God.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Zaidi conveyed his message through a tweet on the X website. He emphasized that the occasion should serve as a source of inspiration, highlighting the importance of the Prophet’s noble values, righteousness, goodness, and faith as guiding principles. Al-Zaidi urged the Muslim community to draw on these teachings, particularly during what he described as sensitive times in the history of the Islamic nation. He called for unity by setting aside differences and adhering to the example of the Prophet and the teachings of Islam, which he believes capture the essence of Islamic unity.
