Baghdad: Al-Zaydi offered his condolences to the artistic and cultural community on the passing of the artist, theatrical pioneer, and academic, Dr. Salah Al-Qasab. In a statement, Al-Zaydi remarked on the significant contributions of Dr. Al-Qasab, emphasizing his role as a leading figure in the theatrical and artistic movement. Dr. Al-Qasab’s career, rich and prolific, left a lasting mark on the Iraqi cultural landscape.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Zaydi expressed his sympathy by saying, “May God have mercy on the late Al-Qasab, the artist and professor, and grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.” Dr. Salah Al-Qasab was recognized and respected throughout the cultural community for his dedication to the arts and his influence on the development of theatre in Iraq.
