Baghdad: President Nizar Amedi emphasized on Sunday the importance of improving services in Kirkuk and meeting citizens’ needs.
According to Iraqi News Agency, the Presidential Media Office stated in a press release that “President Nizar Amedi received the First Deputy Governor of Kirkuk, Ribwar Taha, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad.”
During the meeting, the President stressed “the necessity of improving services in Kirkuk Governorate, meeting citizens’ needs, and working to overcome the obstacles they face, in order to contribute to improving the level of services and enhancing stability and development in the governorate.”
The President listened to “a detailed explanation from Ribwar Taha about the situation in Kirkuk Governorate, its most pressing needs, as well as future plans to improve its services and development.”
