America Accused of Violating Iraqi Airspace, Says Zahra Al-Bajari.

Al-Bajari: America violated international agreements and covenants by violating Iraqi airspace. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the head of the Parliamentary Transport and Communications Committee for the Sadiqoun bloc, Zahra Al-Bajari, confirmed that America has violated international agreements and charters by infringing upon Iraqi airspace. Al-Bajari emphasized that the American military presence in Iraq was supposed to be limited to training purposes. Al-Bajari highlighted that the Iraqi Council of Representatives, in a previous session, had stressed the expulsion of American forces from Iraq. The Iraqi government had decided to end the American presence on its territory, citing a lack of necessity for their continued deployment. Furthermore, Al-Bajari pointed out that using Iraqi airspace to target neighboring countries constitutes a breach of sovereignty. She underlined the existence of international agreements governing the use of airspace, which are enshrined in charters between nations.
