Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has issued a stark warning regarding the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, cautioning that the war's repercussions could extend beyond the Middle East. Araqchi emphasized the potential for instability to reach far-flung regions if the hostilities persist. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araqchi highlighted the global implications of the conflict, stating, "The world must know that the continuation of the war will not be limited in its negative effects to the West Asia region alone." He stressed that the absence of security and stability could impact other areas worldwide. Araqchi pointed to the "Zionist entity's" aggressive policies and breaches of international law, which, he argued, not only undermine regional peace but also challenge the broader international system's legal framework. Araqchi condemned the actions of the "Zionist entity," citing brutal civilian assaults, infrastructure destruction, and economic blockades as actions tha t could be classified as war crimes. He criticized the entity as a "racist usurper" that disregards ceasefire initiatives and continues its offensive in Palestine and Lebanon. Araqchi expressed disappointment in what he perceives as the international community's inability to curb these "Zionist massacres" or its passive observation of the ensuing chaos that threatens to destabilize regional security.
