Arab-Islamic Summit Convenes in Doha to Address Israeli Aggression


Doha: Qatar is hosting an Arab-Islamic summit today with participation from several Arab and Islamic leaders to discuss responses to the Israeli aggression on Qatari territory. The summit aims to formulate a united stance on the recent developments and to address the implications of the attack.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, Doha held a preparatory meeting yesterday evening, which was attended by foreign ministers and representatives from 57 Arab and Islamic countries. This meeting focused on drafting a statement concerning the Israeli attack on Qatar, specifically targeting the residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders in Doha last Tuesday.



The summit is expected to bring forth a collective response from the participating nations, emphasizing the importance of solidarity among Arab and Islamic countries in the face of external aggression. The leaders are also likely to discuss measures to prevent future incidents and ensure the safety and sovereignty of Qatari territory.
