Babylon Police Arrest Baghdad-Resident Wanted Under Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Law

Babylon: The Martyr Major Muhammad Maan Police Station arrested a wanted man from Baghdad, working as a cashier.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Babylon Police Media Director Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini stated, "Based on intelligence information, Babylon Police were able to arrest the wanted man, who was arrested under Article 36 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Law."

He further elaborated that the accused had been handed over to the Karkh Police Command to complete the legal procedures against him according to the proper procedures.
