Baghdad: The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the House of Wisdom, Naeem Al-Aboudi, engaged in discussions with Hamid Al-Ghazi, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, to explore avenues for strengthening institutional and cultural partnerships with both the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Culture.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the House of Wisdom released a statement detailing that Al-Aboudi hosted a meeting in his office with Al-Ghazi and Qasim Taher Al-Sudani, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities for Technical Affairs. The visit served as an occasion for extending congratulations to Al-Aboudi on his new role as the chairman of the House of Wisdom. The meeting underscored the significance of enhancing joint cooperation and exploring new possibilities for cultural, intellectual, and knowledge-based endeavors.

The discussions centered on strategies to foster collaboration among the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the House of Wisdom, and the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities. The meeting addressed a variety of cultural, intellectual, and research topics, alongside the potential for launching joint initiatives, events, and programs. These initiatives are designed to provide state institutions with specialized expertise and studies, augment the visibility of Iraqi cultural and intellectual institutions, and boost intellectual and knowledge production in Iraq.
