The free studio department at the general directorate of arts in the ministry of culture:assan and Al-Hussein Charitable Foundation in Al-Shu’la for a special art workshop. Khaled Rahman Jassim, Assistant Director General of the General Directorate of Arts, explained during the workshop’s opening that 25 children participated in the initiative, which supports an important segment of society by teaching them the art of drawing. He noted that “such activities are important for children and contribute to developing their intellectual and creative abilities.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, artist Nada Al-Hasnawi, Director of the Free Studio Department, said, “We organized this event in cooperation with the Al-Hassan and Al-Hussein Charitable Foundation and a number of donors. It aims to support children, especially orphans. During the workshop, we presented lectures on the fundamentals of drawing, which contribute to developing their skills and artistic abilities.”

The department affirmed its commitment to nurturing talent from all segments of society, particularly children, who represent the future.
