Chief of Staff of the Army Reviews Security at Nineveh Operations Sector

Nineveh: The Chief of Staff of the Army, General Special Forces Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, conducted a visit to the Nineveh Operations Sector to assess the current security situation and inspect the military units within the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Ministry of Defense outlined that General Yarallah’s visit was focused on reviewing security measures and the operational readiness of the troops stationed along the border strip. The General was accompanied by several high-ranking officials, including the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army for Operations, the Commander of the Land Forces, and the Deputy Director of Military Intelligence.

The visit underscores the military’s ongoing commitment to maintaining security and stability in the Nineveh area, which has been a focal point of defense operations in the region.
