Fallujah: The Citizens’ Affairs team has conducted an inspection of the justice departments in Fallujah, culminating in the opening of complaint boxes.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Justice issued a press release highlighting the efforts of a team from the Citizens’ Affairs Department, led by department director Huda Jassim Mohammed. The team visited the Notary Public Office, as well as the Execution and Real Estate Registration Directorates in Fallujah. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s strategy to enhance direct communication with citizens and oversee the quality of services provided to them.
The inspection included the opening of complaint boxes installed in the office and directorates, allowing for a review of the requests and comments submitted by citizens. These complaints are set to be referred to the relevant authorities for further study and action, aiming to improve service levels for the public.
During their visit, the team engaged with numerous citizens and visitors, gathering feedback on the services and procedures in place. The team emphasized the importance of maintaining direct communication with citizens to better understand their needs and suggestions, underscoring the Ministry’s commitment to service improvement.
