Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization has announced a weather forecast predicting clear skies and continued high temperatures in the coming days. A statement from the organization indicates that tomorrow’s weather will remain clear and hot, with some clouds expected in the northern region. Temperatures are anticipated to be slightly higher than those recorded the previous day throughout the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the maximum temperatures for tomorrow are projected to reach 47 degrees Celsius in Baghdad, Karbala, Babylon, Wasit, and Diwaniyah. Meanwhile, temperatures are expected to be 42 degrees in Dohuk and Sulaimaniyah, 44 degrees in Erbil and Nineveh, 45 degrees in Anbar, and 46 degrees in Kirkuk, Salah al-Din, and Diyala. The hottest regions will be Najaf and Muthanna at 48 degrees, Maysan and Basra at 49 degrees, and Dhi Qar reaching a scorching 50 degrees.

The forecast further outlines that the weather on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will remain clear and hot with occasional clouds. Temperature readings are expected to remain consistent with those recorded on the previous day across Iraq.
