Baghdad: The General Traffic Directorate announced today, Thursday, the closure of Al-Ahrar Bridge from Karkh towards Rusafa for 20 days.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the General Traffic Directorate stated that the closure is necessary to carry out maintenance, scraping, and cladding work. This temporary measure aims to ensure the long-term safety and functionality of the bridge, which is a vital connection between Karkh and Rusafa.
