Coordination Framework to Nominate Prime Minister Within Constitutional Deadlines


Baghdad: Abeer al-Husseini, a leading figure in the State Forces Alliance, confirmed that the Coordination Framework will nominate the Prime Minister for the sixth cabinet within the constitutional deadlines.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Husseini stated that the atmosphere within the Coordination Framework is positive, with discussions underway to finalize the nomination of the Prime Minister and the ministerial appointments under his purview. The Coordination Framework is maintaining communication through a committee formed with other political blocs to refine dialogues and bridge viewpoints among representatives of the political components.

Al-Husseini emphasized that the Coordination Framework played a major role in resolving problems among the forces of the National Political Council, which contributed to the smooth vote for the Speaker of Parliament. The Framework also worked effectively with the Kurdish component.

Al-Husseini explained that the next phase will witness intensified dialo
gue to form a strong and cohesive government representing all Iraqi people and operating according to a well-defined framework based on the national interest of all segments of Iraqi society.
