Baghdad: The Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) announced on Thursday the arrest of two arms dealers in the capital, Baghdad.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the service stated that, ‘As part of the continued efforts of the Counter-Terrorism Service and based on precise intelligence information and judicial orders, our personnel carried out a high-quality security operation that resulted in the arrest of two arms dealers in the capital, Baghdad.’

The Counter-Terrorism Service affirmed that it would continue ‘its efforts to carry out its security duties with professionalism and efficiency in order to achieve a safe and stable Iraq.’
