Baghdad: Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Saeed Al-Abbasi held a phone call today, Tuesday, with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Ministry of Defense stated that: “During the call, the development of fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them in the military and defense fields were reviewed. They also discussed developments in the region and the efforts made to achieve security and stability there.”
