Baghdad:Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farhad Atrushi emphasized the importance of ongoing communication and cooperation between service ministries and the legislative branch. He highlighted the need to update laws and legislation to align with current developments and meet the needs and aspirations of citizens.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Atrushi made these remarks during a meeting with Minister of Trade Mustafa Nizar Al-Ani and a delegation of senior ministry officials at his office in Baghdad. The discussions covered various issues and files related to ministry operations, focusing on ways to overcome obstacles and improve service levels.

Atrushi underscored the importance of prioritizing the trade and agriculture sectors. He also stressed the necessity of ensuring the disbursement of financial dues to farmers in the Kurdistan Region and all Iraqi governorates.
