Diyala: The Diyala Provincial Council, during a session led by Council Chairman Omar al-Karawi, has voted on new directors for the districts of Abi Saida and Jizani al-Jul. The session was attended by 11 council members.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Jawad Kadhim Hassan has been elected as the director of Jizani al-Jul district, while Abdul-Muhsin Saadoun has been appointed as the director of Abi Saida district. These appointments were made to complete administrative procedures and enhance the management and service delivery in these administrative units.

Council Chairman Omar al-Karawi highlighted the necessity of appointing qualified individuals who can responsibly manage and improve the administrative units. This decision aligns with the current needs and requirements of the residents in both districts.
