Diyala: Diyala FC snatched a draw from their guest, Al-Golan, with a dramatic comeback goal in a match that ended 3-3. The game was held this evening at Diyala Stadium as part of the fourth round of the Iraqi Stars League.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Golan took the lead in the first minute through professional player Hamia Al-Tanji, who then scored his second goal in the 7th minute. Hamza Adnan added a third goal from a penalty kick in the 32nd minute. Naseem Sayhoud reduced the deficit for Diyala in the 44th minute, and Al-Golan defender Mohammed Jassim scored two own goals in the 82nd minute. Salim Ahmed then equalized for Diyala in the third minute of stoppage time (90+3), ending the match in a 3-3 draw.
Both teams now have 5 points, but Diyala’s goal difference places them in seventh position, followed by Al-Golan in eighth.
