Diyala: The governor of Diyala, Adnan al-Shammari, conducted a meeting aimed at discussing the mechanisms involved in the project that seeks to allocate one million residential plots of land. Several directors from relevant departments were present to contribute to the discussions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on the procedures for land allocation and the completion of technical, legal, and administrative requirements necessary for the project. Discussions also covered strategies to overcome obstacles and expedite the work. Governor al-Shammari stressed the importance of integrated efforts among the relevant authorities to complete the requirements in accordance with approved legal and technical frameworks, a move seen as crucial for accelerating the project’s implementation to achieve its goals of providing residential land and serving the citizens of the province.
