Baghdad: A faculty member from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Diyala University has been chosen to participate in a scientific competition organized by the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. This event aims to identify the most innovative scientific and practical research.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Ali Abdul Hussein, Director of Media at Diyala University, emphasized the significance of this achievement, which underscores the advanced academic stature of the university's faculty members and their active involvement in international scientific forums. Omar Hussein Ali, a faculty member from the College of Veterinary Medicine, will represent the university in the competition. His research focuses on the impact of probiotics in reducing diseases, improving production, and increasing output, offering innovative solutions for enhancing animal health, reducing antibiotic use, and supporting sustainable animal production.

Ali Abdul Hussein further stated that this nomination reflects the international confidence in Diyala University's scientific expertise and the ability of its researchers to produce impactful scientific findings.
