Fayhan: The First Deputy Speaker of parliament, Adnan Faihan Al-Dulaimi, offered his condolences today, Wednesday, to the Islamic nation and all of humanity on the anniversary of the death of the Prophet (PBUH), while stressing that the message of Muhammad constituted a great transformation in the history of humanity. According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Dulaimi expressed deep condolences and sympathies to various religious and community leaders, emphasizing the significant impact of Prophet Muhammad’s life and teachings.

Al-Dulaimi stated, ‘We extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to the Imam of the Age, the awaited Mahdi, son of Al-Hassan (may God Almighty hasten his reappearance), to our great religious authorities, our dear people, our Islamic nation, and all of humanity, on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, the Prophet of Mercy and Master of all beings, the Greatest Messenger Muhammad bin Abdullah (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family), who embodied in his fragrant life the highest meanings of mercy, justice, and dignity, and was a beacon of guidance and a lighthouse of truth.’

He further noted that the message of Muhammad brought about a profound transformation in human history, establishing principles of justice and solidarity, and confronting ignorance, fanaticism, and injustice. Al-Dulaimi emphasized that the Prophet’s biography and teachings remain a guiding reference for values and principles that promote unity, steadfastness, and pride within the nation.

As the anniversary is commemorated, Al-Dulaimi urged for adherence to the Prophet’s message of unity, brotherhood, and justice. He highlighted the importance of prioritizing commonalities, preserving human dignity, and supporting the oppressed, which in turn strengthens the nation’s cohesion and resilience against challenges, embodying the values that the message of Muhammad introduced to the world.
