Baghdad: The Federal Police Command forces have successfully arrested a suspect involved in premeditated murder and another individual found in possession of narcotics in the eastern regions of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrests were made following a strategic security and intelligence operation conducted by the Fifth Division units of the Federal Police. The operations took place in the areas of Al-Sakalat and Tariq neighborhood in Baghdad. The suspects were wanted under legal provisions related to premeditated murder and drug offenses. During the operations, a quantity of crystal narcotic substance was seized, and both the suspects and the confiscated items have been handed over to the competent authorities for further investigation and legal proceedings.
