The Command stated in a statement that: “According to intelligence information and in a qualitative operation, a force from the Federal Police, in cooperation with intelligence detachments, arrested a wanted suspect according to Article 4 of terrorism in the Rashidiya area north of Baghdad, and he was referred to the competent authorities.”
