Istanbul: Turkish press reports indicate that Omar Marmoush has attracted the interest of several European clubs, now rivaling Galatasaray in their desire to sign the Egyptian player to form a strike partnership with Nigerian Victor Osimhen.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Galatasaray is keen to acquire Marmoush as they seek to bolster their attack following the departure of Argentine Mauro Icardi. The Turkish champions want to bring Marmoush in to form a strike partnership with Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, and Enzo Maresca is expected to make significant changes to Manchester City’s lineup.

Manchester City values Omar Marmoush at between £52 million and £70 million, and therefore Galatasaray is considering a loan move for the Egyptian to Istanbul. Galatasaray faces stiff competition from Tottenham Hotspur, who are preparing to submit a formal offer to sign Marmoush. Atletico Madrid have identified the Egyptian as a primary target should Julian Alvarez leave their ranks. Aston Villa, Barcelona, and Juventus are also monitoring the player’s situation.
