Baghdad: Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein thanked the Charg© d’Affaires of the US Embassy, Joshua Harris, on Wednesday for his contribution to strengthening relations between Iraq and the United States.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Hussein received Joshua Harris on the occasion of the end of his mission in Iraq. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement expressing the Minister’s gratitude and appreciation for Harris’s efforts and his role in enhancing bilateral relations and developing joint cooperation and coordination between Iraq and the United States in multiple fields.

Harris expressed his thanks to the Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the support and cooperation he received during his tenure in Iraq. He appreciated the commitment he observed in strengthening the ties between the two countries.

The Foreign Minister extended his wishes for Harris’s success in his future endeavors.
