Paris: French President Emmanuel Macron condemned the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, saying that what the Zionist entity is doing is “unacceptable” and “shameful” in light of the escalating humanitarian crisis in the Strip.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Macron explained in a television interview that “there are no basic necessities in the Strip. There is no water or medicine, and we cannot evacuate the wounded,” stressing that his country is making intensive diplomatic efforts to stop it.

The French President condemned the Zionist entity’s prevention of the entry of “all aid sent by France and other countries to the Gaza Strip.”

Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), described the Zionist entity’s use of food and humanitarian aid as a weapon of war in the Gaza Strip as a “war crime.”

The humanitarian and health crisis in the Gaza Strip is worsening, with the occupation continuing to target medical, humanitarian, and charitable institutions, both international and local, that seek to provide vital services in light of the closure of crossings and the prevention of the entry of humanitarian and medical aid since March 2nd.
