Hilla: A generator operator was injured when three generators caught fire in the Abi Gharq district, west of Hilla.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Civil Defense Media Director Aqeel Abdullah stated that the operator sustained severe burns due to the fire. The incident occurred on Wednesday, raising concerns about safety protocols in place for managing such equipment in the area.

Abdullah further mentioned that the injured man was transferred to Hilla Surgical Hospital for treatment. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and authorities are likely to investigate the incident to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
