Kirkuk: Hours after a woman was killed in the northern region of Kirkuk, her husband has confessed to the crime. The tragic event unfolded when the woman’s body was discovered, leading to an investigation by local authorities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the victim, who resided in Hawija, was the second wife of the suspect. Initially, the victim’s son was under suspicion, but subsequent investigations led to the arrest of the husband. During questioning, he admitted to using a firearm to kill his wife.
