IMN Launches First English Magazine to Enhance Iraq’s Global Presence

Baghdad: The Iraqi Media Network (IMN) has launched the first issue of its English-language magazine, IMN, to enhance Iraq's international presence. This step aims to convey a modern image of Iraq to the international community, and to enhance its media, cultural and economic presence at the global level.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the magazine, which is the first official English-language publication issued by the Iraqi Media Network, offers diverse content highlighting Iraq's economic vision, investment opportunities, and development policies, along with Iraqi success stories, women's achievements, and tourism, sports, and cultural topics, reflecting the transformations taking place in the country across various sectors.

The magazine will be distributed to Arab and foreign embassies and diplomatic missions accredited in Iraq, as well as being sent to all Iraqi embassies abroad, ministries and government institutions, universities and research centers, airports and Iraqi Airways, to serve as a media window introducing the world to Iraq, its potential and opportunities.

The magazine's publication comes within the framework of the Iraqi Media Network's strategy aimed at developing tools for communicating with international public opinion, and providing professional content in English that addresses decision-makers, researchers, investors and those interested in Iraqi affairs, and reflects the reality of Iraq away from stereotypes, by highlighting achievements, reforms and promising opportunities.

The launch of IMN magazine represents an important milestone in the journey of Iraqi media, and a qualitative step in the field of media diplomacy, which contributes to building a positive image of Iraq and supporting its presence in international political, economic, academic and media circles.
